Ahmedabad, November 14, 2012: Bharti Airtel, a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, and the title sponsor of the India- England Test and T20 Cricket Series today unveiled the glittering trophy of the tournament at a special ceremony held in the city today. The Airtel India – England cricket series that dishes a combative contest between two leading cricket nations will feature 2 Tests and 2 T20 matches and is all set to begin on November 15, 2012. The trophy was unveiled by Anant Arora, CEO Bharti Airtel, Gujarat along with the captain of the Indian cricket team, M. S. Dhoni and captain of the England cricket team, Alastair Cook.
Cricket lovers can now watch their favorite cricketing heroes battle it out on the field starting November 15. The first match of the series will be played in Ahmedabad at the Sardar Patel Stadium Motera.

Bharti Airtel has been awarded the series sponsorship rights by the Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) for all international cricket matches to be played in India till 2013.
